The Healthy & Active programme enables you to
change and maintain your nutrition and
weight in the long term. The metabolic balancing helps to prevent or
improve nutrition
related illnesses such as diabetes 2, obesity, heart conditions, osteoporosis, skin disorder,
fatigue, thyroid problems, sleeping issues, lack of energy etc.
Based on a metabolic
analysis (using results from 42 different blood values and your blood
group) and data concerning your eating habits, personal health and desired weight goal the
coach creates your individual nutritional
plan. The plan includes two extensive food lists
(all foods are available in supermarkets and vegi-box schemes), a
meal plan, specific rules
and more. The programme enables you to change your
eating habits without going hungry,
without supplements and without calorie counting. The programme is straight forward and
usable in all walks of life. The coaching happens
per email/phone AND in regular meetings
until the
desired weight/health goal is achieved.
