Nine-Point-Protocol © The Nine-Point-Protocol© is the basis of each healing. For example, each healing needs permission directly from the client AND from his Higher Self. This point of the Nine Point Protocol© reflect the high level of respect for both the client and the spiritual world. An OLHT Healing will take place only when both permissions are given. Another point is that the therapist works in an energy clean way, thereby ensuring that the client receives only the pure, divined energy and not the energy of the healer. Likewise the healer ensures that they do not absorb the energy of the client. The importance of this energy clean method cannot be over stated. |

Grounding Grounding is the basis for a fulfilled and happy life. It is also a required condition for energy work, for a spiritual life here on Earth (not in the clouds where so many spiritual practitioners are), for widening awareness and TO BE IN THE MOMENT. Many people in the Western world have lost their grounding due living just in the head. Loss of grounding can also be the result of blockages in the body and aura. The technique of Grounding addresses awareness and, with regular practice, you can regain your grounding enabling you to get out of your head and be in your body! |

Kundalini Work Kundalini is a term from the yogic tradition for the power of the Divine. This energy can be described as a great reservoir of creative & healing energy at the base of the spine. The awakening of Kundalini helps you to transform and purify your body and mind on the deepest level. At OLHT we work with Kundalini for clients with life threatening illnesses such as cancer and for clients with problems caused by an awakened but disturbed running Kundalini. |

Energy Awareness Technique (EAT) Regardless of how deep or painful a trauma or shock maybe, with EAT a soft release is possible. Although a trauma or shock is often hidden within a physical problem it is not necessary to relive the pain or analyse the trauma. You will experience the movement and release of the energy as it is gently loosened and removed. The volume of released trauma energy depends on how the client is able to deal with their life changes after an EAT – and be assured that life WILL change after an EAT! |

Male/Female Energy Balancing Male energy is calm, stable and level, as opposed to female energy which is lively and high frequency. Many women have too much foreign male energy, causing them to feel lethargic, depressed, weak and tearful. On the other hand some men have too much foreign female energy in their bodies, resulting in irritability and an inability to relax. With the Male/Female Energy Balance you will start to learn what it feels like to be yourself.
